317E What is a development plan and its plan period
(1)
The development plan for a prescribed mineral mining lease is—
(a)
the current initial development plan for the lease approved under division 3; or
(b)
the current later development plan for the lease approved under division 4.
(2)
For subsection (1), the development plan is current if the plan period has started and not ended.

The period to which a development plan applies is its plan period.
