318DN Deciding whether to approve proposed development plan
Sections 318EF to 318EH apply to a proposed development plan included in an application under section 299—
(a)
as if the proposed plan were a proposed later development plan lodged under section 318EB; and
(b)
as if a reference in the sections to the approval of a proposed later development plan were a reference to the proposed development plan for the consolidated lease; and
(c)
with other necessary changes.
