(1)
No titles registry fee is payable under the Land Title Act 1994 for keeping or removing, under this part, a record of the guarantee for affected land.
(2)
In this section—
titles registry fee, for a matter mentioned in subsection (1), means the fee payable for the matter under the Land Title Act 1994, section 198B.
