344H Obligation of authorised person in carrying out activities
An authorised person who enters land under this part—
(a)
must not cause, or contribute to, unnecessary damage to any structure or works on the land; and
(b)
must take all reasonable steps to ensure the person causes as little inconvenience, and does as little other damage, as is practicable in the circumstances.
