388 Notice of change of address for service
(1)
Subsection (2) applies to a person who, under this Act, gives the Minister or chief executive (each the official) the person’s address for service.
(2)
If the address for service changes during the time it may be required under this Act, the person must immediately notify, in the approved form, the official to whom it was given.
(3)
In this section—
address for service, for a person, means the person’s address, or the name and address of someone else, for service of notices on the person.
