724 Application of Mineral Resources Amendment Act 1998
(1)
This section applies to the following if they were subject to a condition requiring the holder to comply with the At Risk agreement—
(a)
a mining lease granted under the repealed Mining Act 1968;
(b)
a mineral development licence or mining lease granted before the commencement of the Mineral Resources Amendment Act 1998.
(2)
To remove doubt, sections 194A and 278A, inserted by the Mineral Resources Amendment Act 1998, apply to the lease or licence.
