766A Provision for amendment of s 133
(1)
This section applies for an exploration permit application if—
(a)
it was lodged on or before 31 March 2003; and
(b)
it had not been decided before the commencement of this section; and
(c)
any of the native title provisions apply for the deciding of the application.
(2)
Section 133 applies for the deciding of the application as if the amendment of that section under the Mining and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 had not been enacted.
