805 Application of Act to particular unpaid royalty
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before 1 October 2012, an amount of royalty payable by a person to the State is unpaid (the unpaid royalty).
(2)
This Act as in force on 1 October 2012 applies in relation to the unpaid royalty on and from that day.
(3)
For applying section 332 to the unpaid royalty under subsection (2), the start date is taken to be 1 October 2012.
