807 Existing applications for exploration permits for minerals other than coal
(1)
This section applies to an application for an exploration permit for a mineral other than coal that—
(a)
was made before the commencement; and
(b)
has not been decided at the commencement.
(2)
The application must be decided under this Act as in force after the commencement.
