842 Application of s 833 for particular mining leases
(1)
Section 833—
(a)
applies only to an application for a mining lease over non-exclusive land if, immediately before its omission, former schedule 1A, part 6 applied to the application; and
(b)
is taken to have always applied only to an application mentioned in paragraph (a).
(2)
This section applies despite section 833.
(3)
In this section—
former schedule 1A, part 6 means schedule 1A, part 6 as in force immediately before its omission under the Common Provisions Act.
