847 Power of Minister to refuse application for mining lease if compensation not determined
(1)
This section applies in relation to an application for a mining lease made before the commencement but after 24 October 2018.
(2)
Section 279A applies in relation to the application.
(3)
For subsection (2), it does not matter if a day mentioned in section 279A(1)(d) is before the commencement.
