870 Particular existing applications
(1)
Former section 78 continues to apply in relation to an application made under section 61 for the grant of a mining claim that was referred to the Land Court under chapter 3, but not decided, before the commencement.
(2)
Former section 268 continues to apply in relation to an application made under section 245 for the grant of a mining lease that was referred to the Land Court under chapter 6, part 1, but not decided, before the commencement.
(3)
In this section—former, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.
