897 Application of former regulation provisions to particular matters
(1)
Former sections 63C, 65 and 70 of the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013 apply in relation to a pre-commencement liability.
(2)
Former chapter 3, part 5, division 3, subdivision 3 of the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013 applies in relation to—
(a)
a gross value royalty decision made before the commencement; and
(b)
an amendment of a gross value royalty decision made before the commencement; and
(c)
an application made under former section 67 of the regulation, but not decided, before the commencement.
