12 Conditions—Act, s 141
For section 141(1)(i) of the Act, the prescribed conditions to which an exploration permit is subject are stated in—
(a)
schedule 1, items 1 to 3; and
(b)
if the permit applies to occupied land—schedule 1, items 4 and 5.
