19 Person may obtain copy of mining lease application
(1)
A person may apply, in writing, to the chief executive for a copy of an application for a mining lease.
(2)
The application for the copy must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
However, the chief executive must not give the person a copy of a statement that accompanied the application for the mining lease if the statement contains information about the financial or technical resources of the applicant for the mining lease.
