22 Conditions—Act, s 276
For section 276(1)(n) of the Act, the conditions to which a mining lease is subject are the conditions stated in—
(a)
schedule 1, items 1 to 3; and
(b)
if the lease applies to occupied land—schedule 1, item 4.
