For schedule 2 of the Act, definition prescribed mineral, each mineral mentioned in schedule 3 is prescribed to be a prescribed mineral.

(2)

For schedule 2 of the Act, definition prescribed threshold, the amount mentioned opposite a prescribed mineral in schedule 3 is prescribed to be the prescribed threshold for the mineral.
