16 Paragraphs 34(3)(a) and (b)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a)
subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application for review of the decision may be made to the Tribunal by a person whose interests are affected by the decision; and
(b)
a person may, under section 268 of that Act, request a statement of reasons for the decision.
