156 Compliance with RoLR regulatory information notices
(1)
On being served a RoLR regulatory information notice, a retailer (or former retailer) named in the notice must comply with the notice.
(2)
If the notice is also served on an insolvency official of the retailer—
(a)
the insolvency official must comply with the notice by providing the required information; and
(b)
despite subsection (1), the retailer is not required to provide information provided by the insolvency official.
Note—
This section is a civil penalty provision.
