246 Content of requests for Rules
A request for the making of a Rule—
(a)
must contain the information prescribed by the National Regulations or the Rules (or both); and
(b)
must, subject to section 247, be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the National Regulations (if any); and
(c)
may be accompanied by a draft of the Rule to be made.
