87 Rules
(1)
The Rules may make provision for or with respect to small customer complaints and disputes.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Rules may make provision for or with respect to a retailer’s or distributor’s standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures, including their development, making, publication, review, amendment and replacement.
