13AD Category C and D intermediate period acts
(1)
This section applies if an intermediate period act is a category C or D intermediate period act.
(2)
The non-extinguishment principle applies to the intermediate period act.
Editor’s note—
For category C intermediate period acts, the State must also comply with the Commonwealth Native Title Act, section 22H (Requirement to notify: mining rights).
