123 Notification of excess dangerous animals
(1)
This section applies to the holder of an advanced licence, or a relevant person for the holder, if the holder or relevant person buys accepts or receives (each an event) a dangerous animal that is an excess animal.
(2)
The holder or relevant person must—
(a)
notify the chief executive of the event within 24 hours of the event; and
(b)
if the chief executive or a conservation officer directs the holder or relevant person to deal with the excess animal in a particular way—deal with the animal in the way directed.
