15 Critically endangered wildlife
(1)
For section 78 of the Act, an animal mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 3, subdivision 1 is prescribed as critically endangered wildlife.
(2)
The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 3, subdivision 2.
