(1)
For section 81 of the Act, an animal mentioned in schedule 1, part 3, division 1 is prescribed as international wildlife.
(2)
The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1, part 3, division 2.
