205A Giving away biological samples
The holder of a rehabilitation permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may give away a biological sample taken from a live authorised animal kept under the permit if—
(a)
the sample was taken from the animal while the animal was being treated or cared for by the holder or relevant person; and
(b)
the person to whom the sample is given intends to keep and use the sample under section 34.
