233 Record keeping
(1)
The holder of a dead animal collection authority must keep a record for the authority.
Note—
For the requirements for records, see chapter 8.
(2)
The holder complies with subsection (1) if a relevant person, or an approved person, for the holder keeps the record for the holder.
