297 Term of temporary special marine mammal declaration
A temporary special marine mammal declaration—
(a)
takes effect—
(i)
when the notice for the declaration is published under section 294(3)(a); or
(ii)
if a later time is stated in the notice—at the later time; and
(b)
applies for the period stated in the notice unless the declaration is revoked under section 298.
