351 Nature of approved tags supplied by chief executive
(1)
An approved tag supplied to a person by the chief executive is the property of the State.
(2)
An approved tag is only transferable to the extent the chief executive has given a written approval for the transfer of the tag.
(3)
However, subsection (2) is subject to a provision of a conservation plan that provides that a tag supplied for an animal to which the conservation plan applies must not be transferred in any circumstances.
