414 Approvals about use or transfer of tags
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, the chief executive gave an approval under—
(i)
the repealed management regulation, section 335; or
(ii)
the repealed management regulation, section 349; and
(b)
the approval relates to a tag supplied for an animal; and
(c)
immediately before the commencement, the approval was in effect.
(2)
The approval is taken to be an approval given under—
(a)
for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(i)—section 353; or
(b)
for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii)—section 351.
