45 Commercial interactions with dolphins
A person may engage in a commercial interaction with a live dolphin in the wild if the interaction—
(a)
is part of the Tin Can Bay dolphin feeding program; and
(b)
is authorised under the conditions of operation imposed by the chief executive on the approval for the program.
