5 Meaning of relevant person
Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a relevant person, for the holder of an animal authority, is—
if the holder is an individual—an employee or agent of the individual acting under the direction of the individual; or
if the holder is a corporation, other than an incorporated association—
the person in charge for the authority; or
an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i).
A relevant person, for the holder of a rehabilitation permit, if the holder is an incorporated association, is—
the person in charge for the authority; or
an officer, member, employee or agent of the holder acting under the direction of the person mentioned in paragraph (a).
A relevant person, for an entity other than the holder of an animal authority, is—
the person in charge of the entity; or
an executive officer, employee or agent of the entity acting under the direction of the entity or the person mentioned in paragraph (a).
