Part 2, division 2, subdivision 4 applies to a person if the person caught a problem crocodile under a crocodile management authority before the commencement.

(2)

Part 2, division 3, subdivision 4 applies to a person if the person caught a problem crocodile under a damage mitigation permit before the commencement.
