Part 3Taking, keeping or using macropods under animal authority

10 Purpose of part
(1)
This part prescribes particular matters for particular animal authorities for macropods.
(2)
Generally, this part—
(a)
imposes restrictions on the grant of the authorities that apply in addition to the restrictions stated in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020; and
(b)
limits and extends activities authorised under the authorities under the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020; and
(c)
otherwise regulates activities under the authorities.
