80 Holder must carry identification
While the tag is in the holder’s physical possession, the holder must carry—
(a)
the holder’s animal authority or a copy of the authority; and
(b)
a form of identification that shows a recent colour photograph of the holder.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
