The repealed plan, sections 34 and 35 continue to apply in relation to an audit conducted before the commencement as if the plan had not been repealed.

However, if the chief executive has not given a notice under the repealed plan, section 35 before the commencement in relation to the audit, the chief executive may act under section 33 of this plan in relation to the audit as if the audit were conducted under section 31 of this plan.
