136 Reviewing and amending map
(1)
The chief executive must review and, if necessary, amend the flora survey trigger map at least every 12 months, including, for example, by adding or removing a high risk area.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not stop the chief executive from reviewing or amending the map at any time.
