171 Recall of tags supplied by chief executive
(1)
The chief executive may give a person a notice directing the person to return a tag supplied under section 165 to the chief executive.
(2)
The notice must state—
(a)
the place where the tag must be returned; and
(b)
the date and time by which the tag must be returned.
(3)
The person must comply with the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)—50 penalty units.
