176 False or misleading information in particular labels
A person must not state anything that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular in any of the following labels—
(a)
a protected plant harvest label;
(b)
a protected plant trade label;
(c)
a label about the harvest or use of a restricted plant that is required to be attached to the plant under the plant exemptions code.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
