184 Effect of grant of fee exemption
(1)
If the chief executive grants a fee exemption, no fee is payable by the relevant applicant for the plant authority to which the exemption relates.
(2)
However, if the chief executive imposes a condition on the exemption under section 182(1)(a), subsection (1) applies only if the relevant applicant complies with the condition.
