222 Continuation of existing flora survey reports
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a flora survey report under the repealed management regulation, section 250(2) was prepared (the existing report); and
(b)
the existing report complied with section 257 of that regulation.
(2)
On the commencement, the existing report is taken to be a flora survey report under section 140(2).
