24 Principles relating to proposed taking, keeping and use
A plant that is near threatened wildlife may be taken from the wild, kept or used under the Act only if the taking, keeping or use—
(a)
is consistent with the management principles for the plant; and
(b)
is not likely to reduce the ability of the plant’s population to expand.
