34 Queensland Herbarium employees
(1)
An exemption applies to an employee of the Queensland Herbarium who takes and uses, other than for trade, a protected plant for the purposes for which the Queensland Herbarium was established.
(2)
However, subsection (1) applies only if the plant is taken by the employee primarily for using the plant.
