71 Taking restricted plants
The holder of a protected plant growing licence, or a relevant person for the holder, may carry out the following activities—
(a)
take a part of an authorised plant for propagating the part under controlled conditions;
(b)
take an authorised plant for cultivating the plant under controlled conditions.
