109 Current requirements under CCYPCG Act, ch 4
(1)
This section applies if the former commissioner made a requirement or request under the CCYPCG Act, chapter 4 that, immediately before the commencement, had not been complied with.
(2)
On the commencement, the requirement or request lapses.
