116 Existing appointments unaffected
(1)
New sections 59(1) and 62(5) do not apply in relation to the appointment of a person as the ombudsman and the inspector of detention services in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
New section 83(7) does not apply in relation to the appointment of a reviewer in effect immediately before the commencement.
