14 Accommodation to be free of cost
(1)
If under this Act a person must provide accommodation for a worker, the person must provide the accommodation without cost to the worker.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
However, the person does not contravene subsection (1) if an award applying to the worker provides otherwise.
