101 Existing applications for restricted premises orders
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
an application was made under section 34 to a court for a restricted premises order; and
(b)
the court had not decided the application.
(2)
Section 33, definition disorderly activity, paragraph (b) does not apply in relation to—
(a)
the making of the restricted premises order under section 36; or
(b)
the imposition of conditions on the order under section 37.
