67 Requirements for entry to buildings on fortified premises
(1)
A police officer or a person authorised by a police officer may enter a building on the fortified premises only if the police officer reasonably believes the entry is needed to take the enforcement action.
(2)
Also, a person mentioned in subsection (1) may enter a part of the building where a person resides only if—
(a)
the police officer reasonably believes the fortification consists of or includes that part; and
(b)
entry to the part is needed to take the enforcement action.
