72 Recovery of enforcement costs
(1)
The State may recover from a responsible person as a debt any reasonable costs incurred in taking the enforcement action.
(2)
Subsection (3) applies if—
(a)
the fortification the subject of the enforcement action was removed in taking the action; and
(b)
the removed fortification has been forfeited to the State under section 71.
(3)
Any net proceed from the fortification must be set off against the amount of the debt.
